CD3G (CD3 gamma) is a subunit of the CD3 complex, a critical component of the T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling apparatus in T lymphocytes. The CD3 complex consists of γ, δ, ε, and ζ chains, which associate with the TCR to form a functional receptor complex.
