The anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C) is a multi-subunit E3 ubiquitin ligase critical for regulating cell cycle progression by targeting specific proteins for proteasomal degradation. ANAPC13 (APC13) is a conserved core subunit of the APC/C, playing an essential structural and functional role in its assembly and activity.
