The CD360 antibody targets CD360. a cell surface protein belonging to the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily. Initially identified as a B-cell-associated antigen, CD360 (also known as HAIR, TOSO, or Fas apoptotic inhibitory molecule 3) plays roles in immune regulation and apoptosis resistance. It interacts with Fas (CD95), inhibiting Fas-mediated apoptosis by blocking caspase-8 activation, which may contribute to autoimmune disorders or cancer immune evasion.
